Born in Brazil to Chinese immigrant parents and raised in Orange County, Wing blends global perspective with authentic SoCal grit and entrepreneurial hustle. What started as a single taco shop in Costa Mesa grew into a pioneering fast-casual empire with locations across the country, fueled by a passionate grassroots following and deep community roots.

Beyond building a standout brand, Wing is a champion of entrepreneurship, youth mentorship, philanthropy, and community-driven leadership — supporting countless nonprofits, student programs, startup founders, and local initiatives that strengthen Southern California’s innovation ecosystem.
